Simple Exercises to Lose Hip fat

One of the most difficult places in the body to lose fat from is the hips. There are many people who try out new equipments and diet as well as diet supplements in the market to lose those extra pounds off their hips. But most of the times, they are inconsistent with diet and exercise, or do something wrong and ultimately gain nothing. 1. Jumping on trampoline is a great exercise for your legs, hips and stomach. You can start with jumping for two to three minutes and then increase the time period gradually.

Start with 15 to 20 squats and increase the number as you feel comfortable. This exercise helps not only to reduce the hip fat but also makes your hips and legs stronger.

5. Cardio exercises are best way to burn belly and hip fat. A complete cardio exercise will help to speed up your metabolism as well as to reduce the hip fat.
